Client: Bank of Dave (fictional company)

FICTIONAL CASE STUDY

Context: While banks offer young people loans, credit cards and overdrafts, there is an increasing number of their young clients struggling to make payments on time, which is subsequently effecting their credit score.

Challenges: During my research I discovered that there was a lack of information offered from banks on financial literacy, that teaches young people about financial management. The idea was to create an online interactive training, that delivers a succinct easy to adopt money management system, for ages between 18 - 25.

Solutions: This interactive course takes about 3 hours to fully implement and can be used as an off-the-shelf solution to teach learners about financial budgeting. It introduces the key areas and ideal percentages of spending, a step-by step approach to setting up an automated money management system, so you can save in your sleep.

Results: The intended outcome is for young people to follow a procedure and feel more comfortable with their spending, while understanding that budgeting is essential to managing personal finances.
