About Me

Hey there! I'm Frazer, and I'm a firm believer in the power of lifelong learning. I've been an Instructional Designer and Instructor for over a decade now, and I absolutely love what I do. I've spent more than ten years honing my skills in creating engaging learning experiences through asynchronous and face-face course development, designing learning materials, and incorporating game-based learning.

 It all started when I was in the classroom, designing visually appealing materials and engaging curriculums that focused on learning through games. I was hooked and it blended in nicely to a career as an Instructional Designer with a focus is on creating motivational learning experiences that make a real impact. I take pride in my work and strive to exceed client expectations by creating high-quality interactive learner-centered training, whether it's for Instructor-led Training or eLearning. For me, there's nothing more satisfying than seeing my clients feel a deep sense of achievement through engaging learning courses. I'm a dedicated self-starter with exceptional organisational skills, and I'm always looking for innovative ways to improve my work.
